As a scrum master you are the spider in the web for the new way of working. You coach the squads in the scrum way of working. You help them to realize the agreed sprint planning properly and on time. An important aspect here is that you help them to become self-organizing. Of course you are not averse to picking up impediments that the squad cannot solve itself.
You and your job:
- The scrum master is responsible for promoting and supporting the way of working by helping everyone understand the way of working theory, practises, rules and values. He/she facilitates the efficient running of the team, this is achieved by ensuring the team is working at their optimum functional and productivity levels. He/she also provides ongoing guidance and advice regarding the implementation of the way of working processes and methodology.
- The Scrum Master helps those outside the team understand which of their interactions with the team are helpful and which aren’t. The Scrum Master helps everyone change these interactions to maximize the value created by the team.

For one of our direct customers we are looking for a DevOps engineer Oracle DBA.
Imagine playing an essential role as DevOps Engineers of the Oracle Database Platform Team (ODP). The ODP team is responsible for management of the core Oracle Database Services, including LCM, integration, tooling, capacity & performance management, and 2nd day operations. Besides it is responsible for the Oracle tool Oracle Enterprise Manager. We do this in a fully automated way and you as a DevOps engineer are responsible for designing, building and testing this automation.
