Functie
As a Continuity Manager, you play a key role in safeguarding the continuity of critical IT, security, and business operations. You act as the central point of coordination during major disruptions and incidents, ensuring rapid response, effective decision-making, and structured recovery execution across the organization.
You own and continuously improve the Major Incident & Crisis Management process, ensuring operational readiness and resilience at all times. By proactively monitoring continuity risks and coordinating stakeholders across technology and business domains, you help minimize customer impact and restore services efficiently and professionally.
Following major incidents, you lead evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational resilience and operational maturity.

Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong understanding of IT environments and operational resilience, including Cloud, Cyber Security, IT Service Management, Business Continuity, and Risk Management.
- Academic background in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business environments, operational processes, and stakeholder interests.
Experience
- Several years of experience in complex enterprise environments, preferably within highly regulated or mission-critical industries.
- Experience with IT Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, or related disciplines.
- Broad exposure across different IT and operational domains.
- Proven stakeholder management experience across operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
